If you are not completely satisfied with any product please send the email to support@themegastore.ca within 6 hours of receiving your order for missing product, or within 12 hours for damaged or unsatisfactory product for a refund or exchange. Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your claim will be closed within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund:
There will be 15% Restocking Fee Charged for Return items Price before Tax.
